The deadline to register is June 20th to avoid a late fee. Refunds are available until July 7th if needed. Room reservations must be made by Friday, June 13th. The room rate is $134/night for Deluxe Rooms and $159/night for Luxury Rooms - must be booked in our group block! (See Venue section for link)
